Optimizing Cement Quarry Dust Ratio in Concrete Asphalt Using for Industrial Purposes

Scarcity and the high cost of natural river sand due to government restrictions are major problems for construction industry. It was observed that cement quarry dust ratio is higher in concrete mixes compared conventional used highway projects effects influenced by shape, surface & content micro fines dust. In this study, ratios were optimized obtain optimum strength, workability use using industrial purposes. Workability, compressive strength tests conducted on basic three grade which vary percentage from 0.41 0.43 according British design approach. Workability designed M20, M30 M40 has shown lower strengths M20 0.42 mixes.
